Two articles by Dr. Samantha Gavin, assistant professor of sociology and criminology, have been accepted for publication.

An article titled "College Students' Perceptions of Rape: An Exploratory Study Through the Use of Visual Vignettes" was accepted for publication in the journal Crime and Delinquency.

An invited, co-authored commentary titled "Commentary: Academic Accreditation and Certification in Criminology and Criminal Justice Education: From Ricochets to Reckonings" was accepted in the Journal of Criminal Justice Education. The co-author is Dr. Shavonne Arthurs of Seton Hill University.
